Baltimore Celtic Soccer Club Announces Partnership with Coppermine Soccer Club

Baltimore Celtic Soccer Club, one of the most decorated and respected soccer programs in the country, is thrilled to announce its partnership with Coppermine Soccer Club.
The Coppermine Soccer Club was formed in 2014, with a passion to develop individual skills and inspire its players to use the sport to excel on the field and in their everyday lives. Founded on the importance of providing a full athletic experience, Coppermine has been regarded as one of the country’s fastest growing clubs with an ambition to have the best facilities in the state and the ability to provide a top-notch experience for its players and families.
In 2019, Coppermine Soccer partnered with Premier Soccer Club, one of the most recognized and decorated girl’s programs in the state. In 2020, the Club announced a partnership with Harford FC United (HFC) with several teams coming together to compete in the 2020-2021 club season.
The current Coppermine club coaching staff is composed of collegiate level and professional players, as well as some of the area’s top high school coaches. Coppermine captured the U18 Girls National Championship in 2019 and has helped place skilled players into numerous collegiate programs and professional teams domestic and abroad.
Founded in 2013, Baltimore Celtic SC brings elite players and top-tier coaches together to improve each player’s technical abilities while also developing his or her confidence and character on and off the playing field.
Celtic fields teams from U8 through U19 for both boys and girls. Recognized nationally as one of the top clubs in the country, Celtic has grown the sport in and around Baltimore allowing more players access to local teams as well as top-tier teams.
Boasting a coaching staff of Division I, II & III college coaches, current and former professional players, and top high school coaches, Baltimore Celtic has had unprecedented success with multiple state and regional titles and 6 National Championships since their inception.
While Celtic has the most National Championships of any local club, they are extremely proud of their track record as a proven pathway to college. Each year, their college signings increase, and they have earned a national reputation for producing top collegiate student-athletes.
Tryouts and teams for both Celtic and Coppermine will remain as they are, as this partnership is specifically designed to keep the day-to-day operations and logistics of each club intact. This opportunity will enhance and provide access to exceptional current and future facilities for all families and coaches.
Coppermine’s facility expansion plans will support this partnership with 9 new turf fields and 6 new grass fields between Harford County and Carroll County over the next year. Our new turf field in Carroll County will be completed this summer and the new 8-field complex in Harford County will begin construction Fall 2021.
