Denison Cabral Joins Celtic

Baltimore Celtic Soccer Club is pleased to announce Denison Cabral as Coach and Club futsal Director. Cabral was recently awarded Coach of The Year in MASL for his successful efforts as rookie Head Coach for Harrisburg Heat. He also stands as the leading scorer in Baltimore Blast history and Founder of DCFA Futsal Academy.

“I’m extremely excited for this new chapter of my coaching career.” says Cabral. “I love working with young players, directing a program in Anne Arundel County for girls ages U8-U12. This opportunity with Baltimore Celtic is awesome. I appreciate their trusting my ability to connect with families and players who are looking for some serious training and skills development. They know that’s what they will get when they join our club.God has been so good to me! I would like to thank Carl Delmont and Brandon Quaranta for bringing me to the Celtic’s family.”

Cabral and Celtic Shared Philosophy:

“My philosophy and enjoyment are to work on technical skills development, teach kids at a young age the right way, and share with them my passion for the game. The club shares the same philosophy and is allowing me to implement my experience in Futsal to complement the curriculum on the boys and girls program”. The Celtic’s new owner, Carl Delmont, who is also owner of the Harrisburg Heat, and Cabral joined forces this year to execute one of the biggest turnarounds in soccer. They took the Heat from being a one win team to the playoffs and garnered numerous awards.

“Futsal training is integral to player development and Denison is the best in the business.” states Delmont . “Adding Denison and DCFA to our curriculum enhances the value of Celtic to our players on many levels.” Baltimore Celtic is one of the top youth clubs in the country with several National Championships , multiple State Cup and Disney Championships and a proven pathway to college . Celtic has teams in MD and PA and now plays in the elite ECNL League.
